Jean-Fran?ois Masson教授报告简介:

This presentation will provide an overview of our research activities in plasmonic nanobiosensing. The research lies in the areas of plasmonic materials, low-fouling surface chemistry and instrumental design for biosensing. This talk will focus on applying these concepts for several classes of sensors for monitoring biomolecules, therapeutic drugs, pheromones and for environmental contaminants.

Jean-Fran?ois Masson教授简介:

Jean-Fran?ois Masson received his Ph. D. in analytical chemistry from Arizona State University. After two years postdoctoral research in Georgia Institute of Technology, he joined the University of Montréal. Now, he is a full professor there. His research focuses on the development of biosensors for the detection of biomolecules directly in biological samples. The developments are on the instrumentation, on the sensing materials (plasmonics) and on monolayer chemistry to design specific sensors working in complex environments.
